Carsten has over 20 years experience in C-level management and senior sales roles in multinational corporations in the paper & packaging industry.

From 2005–2017, Carsten held several general management positions at Mondi Group and had responsibility for Mondi’s businesses of release liner, corrugated packaging and speciality kraft paper. He also was Managing Director of several manufacturing plants and has worked and lived in Austria, USA and Germany during his Mondi employment.

Before joining Mondi, Carsten worked for about 10 years with International Paper. During this time, Carsten did develop and successfully introduced a complete new product portfolio for the emerging digital paper market.
