Clemens held various management positions during the restructuring of Immoeast AG/Immofinanz AG, such as Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations as well as CFO of a multinational subdivision (headquartered in Romania)

He accompanied several M&A deals such as the acquisition of a EUR 900m portfolio in Germany (2014). Clemens gained broad capital market expertise through deals consisting of capital increases, convertible bonds, margin loans, etc., including the restructuring of listed instruments (most remarkable the successful spin-off/ IPO of the residential portfolio BUWOG AG)
