Martin has more than 20 years of broad experience in various areas of investment banking (mainly Equity Capital Markets and M&A) and held executive management positions from 2000 onwards.

Martin made his career at the Erste Group Bank AG from 1994 to 2014 being made responsible for all equity and M&A transactions (public and private) while leading a team of 50 professionals with offices in Vienna, Warsaw, Prague, Belgrade, Bucharest, Istanbul and Hong Kong. Martin’s personal track record for public deals lists nearly 100 transactions in nine different countries with an aggregate deal size of EUR 26bn

Today, Martin combines the worlds of advisory, management and investment in an unparalleled way to the advantage of his clients. Martin holds various supervisory board mandates and is an active investor.
